Job Title :

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles across departments Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings

Qualification :

Any UG / PG

Experience :

2 years to 5 Years (Relevant experience in Recruitment)

Preferred :

Female Candidates Only
