We are looking for an energetic and motivated

HR Recruiter (Female)

with experience in consulting or staffing. This role involves managing the

end-to-end recruitment process

and coordinating with clients and candidates to ensure seamless hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle -- sourcing, screening, scheduling, selection, and onboarding. Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), networking, and referrals. Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles within the given timelines. Conduct telephonic interviews and shortlist candidates based on job specifications. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication. Maintain candidate databases and prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.

can apply. Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream. Minimum 1+ years of recruitment experience in consulting or staffing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc. Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
