We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Talent Acquisition Associate
to support our hiring process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment cycle. If you have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and a passion for connecting talent with opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various roles across departments.
Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Generate and share weekly/monthly hiring reports with HR leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment (in-house or consultancy).
Familiarity with job boards, sourcing tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
A team player with good organizational and time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
