The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the company's manpower requirements. The role involves collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand manpower requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and career events.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor laws.
Support onboarding and joining formalities of selected candidates.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and talent acquisition.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidate suitability through interviews.
Time management and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor regulations.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience as a recruiter (corporate or consultancy).
Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for HR can also be considered.
