Purpose of the Role






To lead a smooth, student-centered admissions process that supports enrollment goals and reflects ISP's values of care, integrity, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment:



Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, shortlisting, interviews, offers) Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Support employer branding initiatives and outreach campaigns Assist in onboarding and induction processes

Operations:



Maintain and update HR records and documentation Support payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance systems Assist with compliance checks, background verifications, and safeguarding documentation Coordinate employee life cycle activities (joining, confirmation, exit) Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures across campuses

Skills and Competencies



Strong interpersonal and communication skills Organizational and time management abilities Attention to detail with a process-driven mindset Familiarity with HR systems, tools, and recruitment platforms Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity

Qualifications and Experience



Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 5+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations, preferably in education or service sectors
