Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring timely communication between all parties.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers
:
Work closely with department heads to understand specific job requirements and profiles.
Provide insights and advice on candidate selection, hiring trends, and market conditions.
Prepare and present detailed reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring outcomes.
Candidate Experience
:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to on boarding.
Communicate clearly and professionally with all candidates, providing timely feedback and updates.
On boarding
:
Collaborate with HR team to ensure smooth on boarding for new hires.
Participate in on boarding processes and orientations
