Job Description

Full Cycle Recruitment

: Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization.

Sourcing Candidates

: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates.

Screening and Interviewing

: Review resumes, conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person), and assess candidates' skills .

Collaboration with Hiring Managers

: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the roles.

Negotiating Offers

: Discuss and negotiate salary and benefits packages with selected candidates.

Onboarding

: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to succeed in their roles.

Maintaining Candidate Relationships

: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and past applicants for future opportunities.

Compliance

: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
