Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions
Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants and hiring teams
Help maintain accurate employee records and recruitment databases
Support onboarding processes and orientation sessions
Assist with HR documentation, employee queries, and day-to-day HR tasks
Collaborate with team members to support HR initiatives and improve workflow
Participate in team meetings and contribute to employee engagement activities
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication in English
Excellent organizational and people skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR tasks (training will be provided)
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
