Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and keep records of all recruitment activities.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate onboarding process for selected candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment cycle.
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Post job openings on various platforms and update job descriptions regularly.
Report daily/weekly recruitment status to the HR Manager.
