We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about recruitment and human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients Conduct preliminary HR discussions Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports Handle job postings and engage with talent on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers

Requirements:

0-1 year of experience in recruitment (Freshers welcome) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in hiring and talent acquisition Basic social media handling skills for professional use Self-driven and eager to learn

Own laptop is mandatory
