- Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
2. Job Posting and Advertisement:
- Write and post job descriptions on different platforms.
- Optimize job postings to attract high-quality candidates.
3. Screening and Shortlisting:
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
4. Candidate Engagement:
- Build relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Provide timely feedback and keep candidates informed about their application status.
5. Interview Coordination:
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Facilitate interviews and gather feedback from interviewers.
6. Candidate Assessment:
- Conduct assessments (e.g., technical assessments, skill-based tests) as required.
- Evaluate candidates based on interview performance and skills.
7. Collaborate with Hiring Managers:
- Understand the hiring requirements and expectations of each role.
- Provide hiring managers with shortlisted candidates and support them in the selection process.
8. Offer Management:
- Coordinate the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating salary and other terms with candidates.
9. Market Research:
- Conduct research on industry hiring trends and provide insights for better recruitment strategies.
- Stay updated with recruitment best practices to enhance hiring processes.
10. Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing candidate expectations and providing excellent communication throughout the hiring process.
11. Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide recruitment metrics and reports to track the effectiveness of the hiring process.
12. Employer Branding:
- Promote the company's culture and values to potential candidates.
- Participate in job fairs, events, and other activities to enhance the company's visibility as an employer of choice.
