Responsibilities
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with legal regulations and promote a positive workplace culture.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, addressing issues with sensitivity and impartiality.
Conduct employee performance reviews and provide guidance on performance improvement plans and career development.
Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Manage employee benefits programs and ensure that employees understand their options and entitlements.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in an HR role, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of staff.
Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve employee issues proactively and effectively.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
