Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to evaluate applicants.
Schedule interviews with department heads and coordinate the interview process.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Draft and send offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and employer branding initiatives.
Maintain recruitment-related reports and documentation.
Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and labor laws.
