We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across various departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Manufacturing, etc. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for a variety of non-IT positions.
Responsibilities:
Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other professional networks.
Conduct initial screenings, evaluate applicants' relevant experience, and assess suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Follow up with candidates and provide feedback throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment records and generate hiring reports.
Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and labor laws.
Build a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (1-5 years) as a recruiter, preferably in non-IT domains.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
