We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role plays a critical part in building a strong employer brand and attracting top talent to support our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Create and post job advertisements on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
Source candidates using databases, networking, and direct outreach.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Assist in offer negotiation, reference checks, and pre-employment screening.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and generate regular recruitment reports.
Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Internship in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in [IT industry].
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable) and sourcing tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
