We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role plays a critical part in building a strong employer brand and attracting top talent to support our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
? Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
? Create and post job advertisements on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
? Source candidates using databases, networking, and direct outreach.
? Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
? Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
? Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
? Assist in offer negotiation, reference checks, and pre-employment screening.
? Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and generate regular recruitment reports.
? Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
? Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
? Internship in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in [IT industry].
? Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable) and sourcing tools.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
? High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
