Build and maintain a pipeline of skilled candidates in the EEE/EC domain for future requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely communication with candidates.
Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Provide market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarking, and competitor activity in the electronics sector.
Manage candidate offer negotiation, pre-joining engagement, and onboarding formalities.
Participate in employer branding initiatives for technical hiring, including campus recruitment drives and job fairs.
Qualification
Bachelors or Masters in Human Resource Management
Should have experience in core recruitment
