We are hiring for

HR Recruiter- Fresher

Gender : Female only

MBA Preferred

Age Limit :Below 23

Experience : Freshers only

Roles and Responsibility :

1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
2. Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.

3. Source and attract candidates through databases, social media, and employee referrals.

4. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' suitability.

5. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

6. Maintain candidate records and update the recruitment database.

7. Support HR team in daily administrative tasks and HR operations.

8. Assist in onboarding and documentation processes for new hires.
