Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated

HR Recruiter

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles, helping us to find, attract, and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand hiring needs and job specifications from department managers. Source potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job portals, social media, networking). Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screenings. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Assist in negotiating offers and closing candidates. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers. Post job advertisements on various platforms. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during recruitment processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role (for experienced roles). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong decision-making and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies. Experience in both technical and non-technical hiring.
