We are Hiring HR Recruiter in Adithya Institutions

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and rolling out offers. Utilize various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking) to build a strong talent pipeline. Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate technical & HR interviews with hiring managers. Negotiate salary offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates. Maintain and update recruitment databases, reports, and dashboards to track hiring metrics. Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and hiring needs. Ensure compliance with institutional policies and industry best practices in recruitment. Manage candidate experience by maintaining professional and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
