. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of qualified professionals and labor for both technical and non-technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand manpower requirements in collaboration with department heads (welders, fabricators, engineers, supervisors, etc.)
Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific portals.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical evaluations with relevant departments.
Maintain a pipeline of skilled candidates for future project needs.
Handle recruitment documentation, offer letters, onboarding coordination, and induction support.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Partner with local technical institutes, ITIs, and trade schools for skilled worker sourcing.
Assist in workforce planning, especially for project-based or contractual hiring.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and ethical hiring practices.
