years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially for sectors like manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, hands-on experience with job portals, and the ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for non-IT roles Coordinate and schedule interviews Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records

Key Skills:

Strong in sourcing and candidate evaluation Proficient with job portals and social media recruitment Good knowledge of non-IT domains like manufacturing, logistics, etc.
