HR Recruiter

in

Chennai

location.

Work Location:

Greams Road, Thousand Lights

Qualification:

Any relevant degree

Experience:

Min. 3 - 5 years of strong experience in

Non IT Recruitment

(Candidates from Hospital/Diagnostics/Healthcare background most preferred)

CTC:

Up to INR 30,000/Month (Based on experience)

Skills Required:

- Good communication skills.
- Strong recruitment knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Source potential candidates from various online channels.
- Work with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to identify new talents.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Interview candidates (via - phone, video and in-person)
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
- Assisting End-to-end recruitment activities.

Only Immediate joiners are required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
