We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented freelance recruiters to join our growing team. As a freelance recruiter, you will help us identify, screen, and onboard suitable candidates for various roles, working remotely and with a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through online platforms (LinkedIn, / free job portals

Post job listings across various portals and social media

Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlisting

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Maintain candidate database and trackers

Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of the recruitment process

Self-driven and target-oriented

Ability to manage time effectively while working remotely

Access to a laptop and reliable internet connection

(Preferred) Prior experience in recruitment or HR
