Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Source candidate profiles through job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with department heads for interview scheduling and feedback
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities
Create and post job openings on job portals and social media, and prepare basic recruitment content such as job ads, posters, posts, and email communications.
Skills Required
Good communication and negotiation skills
Hands-on knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Ability to multitask and work independently
Basic content creation and coordination skills
