We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process -- from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
This role requires strong communication, coordination, and people management skills to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments and roles.
Source candidates using job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct preliminary HR interviews and assess cultural fit.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Support offer negotiation, onboarding, and documentation processes.
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in IT recruitment
Familiarity with bulk hiring, campus hiring, or lateral recruitment.
* Exposure to HR operations or onboarding will be an added advantage.
