Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable profiles
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports
Manage offer letters and onboarding process
Meet hiring targets within deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or Final-Year Student (HR preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR (Freshers welcome)
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
