Minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment within the real estate industry.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes.
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels to help identify the most suitable candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely hiring for critical positions
