We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a keen eye for identifying top talent. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring our organization attracts and hires the best candidates to meet our staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., Job portals, social platforms and professional networks). Screen resumes and job applications. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates. Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in HR

Required 0 - 1 years of experience into Recruitment Familiarity with Job portals and resume databases. Experience with sourcing techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
