Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for entry-level and mid-level roles
Source candidates via
job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct
initial HR interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain
recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases
Follow up with candidates for interviews, offers, and joining
Assist in
offer rollouts and documentation
Ensure a smooth and positive
candidate experience

Good verbal and written

Familiarity with
recruitment portals
(Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to work on
multiple requirements
Strong follow-up and time-management skills

Qualifications
Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
2 years of experience
in HR Recruitment
