Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment (IT & Non-IT)
Source candidates through portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Conduct telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and client HR teams.
Handle offer rollout, negotiation, and joining follow-up.
Maintain updated recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with management.
Required Skills & Experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
Good command of MS Excel/Google Sheets & job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.
Prior consultancy experience will be an added advantage.
Office Time- 9.30AM to 6.00PM
Monday to Saturday Working, Sunday Off
