We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
HR Recruiter
to join our team at Tata Heritage Motors, a leading Tata car dealership. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment activities for showroom and service staff while supporting general HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements from different departments (Sales, Service, Admin, etc.).
Post job openings on portals and social media platforms.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Conduct initial HR rounds and coordinate final interviews with department heads.
Support HR documentation, joining formalities, and employee records.
Assist in attendance tracking and basic HR administration.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: BBA/BA/B.Com/HRM).
6 months - 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations (automobile industry preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of MS Office and job portals.
