Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and headhunting.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws during recruitment.
Support HR team in additional functions like onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement as required.
