Designation : - HR Recruiter Experience : - 1-2 Years Education : - Graduate/Post graduate- HR/MBA from IT/ Experience in HR Domain/ Consultancy experience/ Recruitment Industry Location : - Thane, Mumbai Shift Time : - 10 AM - 7 PM : - Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Interview applicants to define qualifications eligibility for employment. Contact prospective employers to define needs to explain placement service. Arrange on-campus interviews between employers graduating students to facilitate placement of graduates Organizing on & off campus students, seminars and Drive in college and premises. College Visit for Seminar, Workshop, Drives, All College Activities. Company visit for (Tie-up with company, HR meeting, Recruitment Type) Coordinate activities of job placement & free/paid internship service for students graduates Conducting soft skill (interview preparation, GD, HR round) for students. Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
