Job Purpose:
To lead a team of HR recruiters focused on hiring telecallers, telesales executives, and inside sales professionals. The role ensures that recruitment targets are met through effective sourcing, team management, and coordination with business heads, while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Selection
Manage end-to-end recruitment for
telecaller and sales profiles
(voice, non-voice, inbound, outbound, lead generation, customer support, etc.).
Understand manpower requirements from sales and operations teams and design hiring plans accordingly.
Ensure timely fulfillment of open positions across multiple locations or projects.
Conduct and oversee interviews, telephonic screenings, and candidate assessments.
Handle both
bulk and niche hiring
for telesales and inside sales roles.
2. Team Leadership
Lead, train, and motivate a team of recruiters to meet individual and team hiring targets.
Allocate job requisitions, track performance, and ensure adherence to hiring SLAs and quality benchmarks.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and guidance to recruiters.
3. Sourcing Strategy
Develop multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social media, walk-ins, employee referrals, and local networks.
Build a database of qualified candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
Coordinate recruitment drives and open walk-in events for mass hiring.
4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Work closely with business heads and hiring managers to understand requirements and candidate profiles.
Liaise with manpower consultants or third-party hiring partners as needed.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery and compliance.
5. Reporting & Analytics
Maintain hiring dashboards, daily/weekly MIS, and recruitment trackers.
Analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, attrition within 90 days, etc.) and implement improvements.
6. Process & Compliance
Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with company policies and labor law guidelines.
Maintain candidate documentation and ensure audit readiness.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience in
telecaller/telesales hiring
(BPO, call center, or inside sales domain).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Team handling and leadership capabilities.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
Target-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
