Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

HR Team Leader (Recruitment)

to lead and manage our recruitment vertical. This role involves overseeing end-to-end hiring for diverse functions -- including

core HR, field representative hiring

,

sales, and telecalling/fundraising positions.

The ideal candidate should be strategic, target-driven, and capable of managing a small recruitment team while also handling hands-on hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters handling HR, sales, and fundraising hiring.

Manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments -- from sourcing to onboarding.

Develop and execute hiring strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Handle bulk hiring for sales and telecaller positions.

Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

Drive employer branding initiatives and maintain recruitment MIS reports.

Ensure smooth candidate experience and timely closures.

Train recruiters on sourcing techniques, interview skills, and process compliance.

Manage vendor relationships, job portals, and internal referral programs.

Requirements:

4-7 years of recruitment experience, including team handling.

Strong expertise in sales/fundraising and telecalling hiring.

Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.

Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools.

Target-oriented with a focus on quality and timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
