Role Summary

The Team Leader - HR Recruitment will be responsible for leading the

Non-IT recruitment team

, managing end-to-end hiring, ensuring target closures, and mentoring recruiters. The role requires strong expertise in

Naukri Portal sourcing, Boolean search

, stakeholder management, and team performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of recruiters handling

Non-IT hiring

Allocate positions and set

daily/weekly hiring targets

Handle

critical and leadership-level positions

independently Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower planning and priorities Ensure effective sourcing using

Naukri Portal, Boolean search, referrals, vendors, and social media

Monitor team performance, closures, and

offer-to-joining ratios

Guide and mentor team members on sourcing strategies and interview techniques Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews Ensure timely offer releases, negotiations, and successful candidate joining Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and management reports Improve hiring processes and reduce

time-to-hire

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in

Non-IT recruitment

across multiple industries Advanced hands-on experience with

Naukri Portal and Boolean search techniques

Proven

team handling and leadership skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring targets Strong analytical and reporting abilities
Qualifications

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent Minimum

6+ years of recruitment experience
