Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various job portals and social platforms.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews in regional languages (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada).
Schedule and coordinate candidates for subsequent interview rounds.
Maintain candidate databases, feedback records, and daily recruitment reports.
Support HR operations such as documentation, onboarding, and coordination.
Assist in data management, attendance tracking, and other administrative work.
Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or any related field.
Fluency in
Tamil / Telugu / Kannada
(spoken & written).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Prior experience in recruitment or HR operations will be an added advantage.
