to join our HR team. You will be responsible for driving the full recruitment cycle--from understanding workforce needs to onboarding top talent--while ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Hiring Managers
Work closely with department heads to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives to create effective hiring plans.
Creation & Posting
Draft clear, compelling job descriptions and post them across various platforms including job boards, LinkedIn, and career pages to attract quality candidates.
Proactive Sourcing
Identify and approach qualified talent through LinkedIn, professional networks, internal referrals, and resume databases--even targeting passive candidates when needed.
Resume Screening & Shortlisting
Review incoming applications and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, skills, and alignment with company culture.
Initial Interviews
Conduct phone or video interviews to assess a candidate's communication, attitude, and technical fit before moving them through the hiring funnel.
Interview Coordination
Schedule and manage interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring teams, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed and aligned.
Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Organize and update candidate data, track hiring stages, and maintain records to enhance pipeline visibility and future talent needs.
Onboarding Support
Coordinate documentation, training schedules, and introductions to ensure a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
Track & Optimize Hiring Metrics
Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to evaluate recruitment efficiency and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, Boolean search, and recruitment tools
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while meeting tight hiring deadlines.
Familiarity with employer branding, candidate engagement, and talent marketing techniques.
Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
