HR Recruiter - Talent Acquisition (1-3 Years)

Goregaon East, Mumbai (Work From Office)

Role Highlights:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer closure.
- Work closely with hiring managers to meet talent needs.
- Create and maintain strong candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing methods.

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
Strong sourcing skills and stakeholder management.
Exposure to BFSI hiring is an advantage.
Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.
