Responsibilities and Requirements
Utilize various platforms, including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, internal databases, and networking events, to proactively source and develop a robust candidate pipeline.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews (phone) to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the real estate environment.
Collaborate with the HR Manager to facilitate a smooth onboarding process, including pre-hire documentation and integration into the company culture.
1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong preference for experience in real estate or sales hiring.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
