Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for
Digital Marketing
and
IT positions
Source candidates through job portals such as
LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Schedule and follow up on technical and managerial interviews
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment reports
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding coordination
Build and maintain a strong talent database
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA in HR
(mandatory)
Proven experience in recruiting
IT and Digital Marketing roles
Hands-on experience with
LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed
Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
