Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Candidates: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media, professional networking sites, and university career centers. Use creative methods to attract potential candidates.

Screening and Shortlisting: Review incoming resumes and applications to assess candidates\' qualifications and suitability for specific roles. Shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria and present them to the hiring managers.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure that both parties are informed about the interview details and follow up on interview outcomes.

Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed about their application status and provide a positive candidate experience.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or any other recruitment software being used.

Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and helping them feel welcomed into the organization.

Recruitment Metrics: Assist in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and hiring processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and engage with candidates.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition and HR.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications
