Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle

bulk hiring

of blue collar employees (Helpers, Technicians, Operators, Drivers, Delivery Staff, Security, etc.) Source candidates through

job portals, referrals, field recruitment, vendors, and local hiring drives

Screen candidates for

basic eligibility, experience, and availability

Coordinate interviews with supervisors and operations teams Maintain

candidate data and recruitment trackers

Ensure

joining, documentation, and onboarding

of selected candidates Coordinate with vendors and manpower agencies if required Meet

monthly hiring targets

and timelines Support employee engagement and reduce attrition through follow-ups

Requirements

Graduate / Diploma (any specialization)

1-3 years

experience in

blue collar recruitment

(manufacturing, logistics, retail, facility management, etc.) Knowledge of

bulk hiring processes

Ability to work under

tight deadlines and high-volume hiring

Basic knowledge of

MS Excel / recruitment trackers

Preferred Skills

Experience in

field hiring / walk-in drives

Understanding of

labour compliance basics

Good coordination and negotiation skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
