Our institution is looking for an experienced and proactive
HR RECRUITER (
FEMALE ONLY)to oversee and enhance our school's human resource operations. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of educational environments, and the ability to manage staff recruitment, administration, and compliance efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment of teaching and non-teaching staff.
Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
Handle staff onboarding, training, and performance evaluation processes.
Ensure compliance with school policies, statutory regulations, and labour laws.
Address employee concerns professionally and maintain a healthy work culture.
Coordinate with management for staffing needs and policy updates.
Monitor staff performance and support appraisal processes
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience (school experience preferred).
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of HR software, payroll systems, and statutory compliances.
