Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for teaching, administrative, and support staff
Understand staffing requirements from school leadership and department heads
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports
Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires
Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and hiring quality standards
Support HR activities such as employee records, engagement initiatives, and compliance
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in recruitment (education sector preferred but not mandatory)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with job portals, interview processes, and basic HR documentation
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Google sheets
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of local recruitment channels in Rajasthan
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
