We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter who specializes in bulk hiring and has a strong network of vendors, agencies, and manpower suppliers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and ensuring timely closures for large-scale hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle bulk hiring for various roles across departments.
Coordinate with vendors and manpower suppliers for sourcing candidates.
Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews.
Maintain a database of potential candidates.
Ensure timely joining and smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Report daily hiring progress to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in bulk hiring.
Must have a good network of vendors and manpower suppliers.
Must have own laptop or desktop with a reliable internet connection.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
