Designation: HR Recruiter - Construction Industry

Location: Siliguri, West Bengal

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1 - 3 years (Recruitment experience preferred in Pvt. Ltd Sector

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions.

Understand job requirements and build a strong candidate pipeline from Surat and nearby regions.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and department heads.

Maintain and update the recruitment tracker regularly.

Support HR team in onboarding and documentation process.

Build a strong network through references, job portals, and social platforms.

Manage recruitment drives and walk-in interviews for project sites.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate

1-3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in Construction / Infra industry).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of local job market in Surat and nearby regions.

Proactive, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
