Job Description

Identifying and Sourcing Candidates:

Recruiters actively search for qualified candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.

Screening Resumes and Applications:

They review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.

Conducting Interviews:

Recruiters conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinating Interviews with Hiring Managers:

They schedule interviews with hiring managers and other relevant team members.

Maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS):

Recruiters use ATS to manage candidate data, track applications, and ensure compliance.

Negotiating Offers:

They negotiate job offers with selected candidates and extend employment contracts.

Onboarding New Hires:

Recruiters facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new employees have the resources and information they need to succeed.

Developing and Maintaining Recruitment Strategies:

They work with HR managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Building Relationships with Hiring Managers:

Recruiters collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide updates on the recruitment process.

Tracking Hiring Metrics:

They monitor key metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
