We are looking for a passionate HR Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing HR team. As an HR Recruiter, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, this position requires frequent travel to various sites, including temporary camping at different locations, to directly interact with potential candidates and oversee the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing, attracting and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
Conduct on-site recruitment campaigns and interviews at facility and security locations.
Source candidates for various roles including security personnel, facility maintenance staff, and management positions.
Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future recruitment requirements.
Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing details about job responsibilities, company culture, and employee benefits.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including facilitating necessary documentation, medical checks, and orientation at field locations.
Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, and recruitment outcomes.

Qualification
Educational level - Bachelor's or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
