Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and prepare monthly payroll inputs.
Coordinate with accounts/payroll team to ensure timely salary disbursement.
Manage leave records and resolve discrepancies.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements:
Handle audits and maintain documentation related to compliance.
